3. Special personal information
Special personal information is data about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. It also includes information about criminal convictions and offences. we do not collect any special personal information about you.
4. If you do not provide personal information that we need
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform that contract. In that case, we may have to stop providing a service to you. If so, we will notify you of this at the time.
The bases on which we process information about you

8. Information we process because we have a legal obligation

Specific uses of information you provide to us
9. Information relating to your method of payment
Payment information is never taken directly by us or transferred directly either through our website or otherwise.
At the point of payment, you are either:
- transferred to a secure page on the website of PayPal or some other reputable payment service provider. That page may be branded to look like a page on our website, but it is not controlled by us.
or, - you may opt to pay by BACS, bank transfer or Faster Payments. In this case, we will send you our bank details for the purposes of payment. we do not have any access to your financial details.
10. Job application and employment
If you send me information in connection with a job application, we may keep it for up to three years in case we decide to contact you at a later date. If we employ you, we collect information about you and your work from time to time throughout the period of your employment. This information will be used only for purposes directly relevant to your employment. After your employment has ended, we will keep your file for six years before destroying or deleting it.
11. Communicating with us
When you contact us, whether by telephone, through our website or by e-mail, we collect the data you have given to me in order to reply with the information you need. we record your request and our reply in order to increase the efficiency of our business. We keep personally identifiable information associated with your messages, such as your name and email address so as to be able to track our communications with you to provide a high-quality service.

Requests by your web browser to our server for web pages and other content on our website are recorded anonymously. The only data recorded is the page visited and the referring domian, such a as Google, where our propriate. We do not record information such as your geographical location, your Internet service provider or your IP address. Additionally, we do not record information about the software you are using to browse our website, such as the type of computer or device and the screen resolution.
Because of the way we treat your privacy when browsing our website we have no way of identifying you personally.
